New Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are present in all areas of society and public administration.

Nowadays, the relations between citizens and public administration are characterised by the increasing use of electronic procedures. In this context, citizens demand modernisation of electoral procedures in order to increase the efficiency and transparency of elections.

Private organisations like large companies, trade unions, sports clubs and associations have electoral processes to elect their governing bodies.

The MIG-MAG welding is the most widespread welding technology because of the very preferable features. The melting rate and speed, remachnining and small dead work interval ensure high productivity and economical procedure. By this procedure high melting strength and excellent processing of thin sheets can be realised. In the case of steel, aluminium and stainless steel the MIG-MAG welding procedure can be universally applied in a very broad application field because of its simple handling.

Introduction

The central objective of the CORES project is to encourage the sharing of metadata semantics. CORES will address the need to reach consensus on a data model for declaring semantics of metadata terms in a machine-readable way. Consensus on the ground-rules for declaring standard definitions of terms, as well as local usage and adaptations, will enable the diversity of existing standards to "play together" in an integrated, machine-understandable Semantic Web environment.

Molecular computing is one of the modern areas of computer science aiming to perform computations by the use of biochemical processes. Although the idea of using DNA molecules as computing devices is not new, the real development of the field have started in 1994 after the famous experiment of L. Adleman in which he solved a small instance of the NP complete problem of finding a Hamiltonian path in a graph by manipulating test tubes containing DNA molecules.
