Tibor Szkaliczki received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary, in 1992 and 1998, respectively. He joined the Institute of Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest, Hungary, in 1997 and is currently a research fellow at the eLearning Department. He spent 12 months altogether with the support of a Marie Curie COFUND project at University Klagenfurt, Austria in 2011-2013. He is a member of IEEE. His research interests include optimization in multimedia systems, VLSI routing, and combinatorial optimization. His professional activities include eLearning content development, software development, preparation of project proposals and quality assurance.
