In 2021 the next IFAC INCOM conference will be organized in Budapest

The 16th IFAC INCOM conference was held in Bergamo, Italy and the invited session organized by our colleagues was one the most attended ones. Our proposal for organizing the next, 17th edition in Budapest in three years was accepted.

The 16th IFAC INCOM conference was held in Bergamo, Italy between 11th and 13th June 2018. The three-annual symposium was attended by more than 400 participants from 27 different countries and our institute was represented by three leading researchers and two PhD candidates. The session organized by the EPIC Centre of Excellence with the title "Digital Twins As the Heart of Cyber-Physical Manufacturing Systems" and where our colleagues presented their research work was one the most visited one with more than 60 attendees. During the closing day of the conference, our proposal to hold the next 17th edition of IFAC INCOM in Budapest in three years was welcome and unanimously accepted by the leaders of IFAC CC5 committee, the main sponsor of INCOM.
