The National Research, Development and Innovation Office of Hungary is holding an information day to introduce participation opportunities in the Horizon Europe Widening calls. A senior researcher of SZTAKI, as experienced project coordinator, will also hold a presentation.
Respecters, students and colleagues may have their final goodbyes from Professor Tibor Vámos at an official commemoration in autumn, organized by SZTAKI. Further information about the event will be communicated by the Institute.

A new textbook titled Advanced Human–Robot Collaboration in Manufacturing has recently been published by Springer, co-edited by József Váncza, head of the Research Laboratory on Engineering & Management Intelligence, Zsolt Kemény, senior research fellow at the same department, as well as Lihui Wang and Xi Vincent Wang, researchers of the Swedish KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

It is with profound sadness that we learned the passing away of Tibor Vámos who certainly considered SZTAKI to be the main work of his life. He passed away on 19 May 2021 at the age of 95.
