Introduction

Mihály Nagy obtained an MSc degree in Mechatronics at Budapest University of Engineering and Economics in 2021. His BSc studies were also in the field of Mechatronics,. He worked at SZTAKI during his BSc internship. Towards his BSc thesis, he used a Kálmán-filter to approximate the wind-speed and the indicated airspeed of an aircraft.

Since 2019 he has been working as a Developer at SZTAKI. He took part in projects such as FLEXOP, FLIPASED and GINOP-2.3.4-15-2020-00009. His main task is to develop computer programs for the flight control computer (mainly related to telemetry).

The topic of his MSc-thesis was the development of a "forerunner" UAV system. Now, this topic is further developed in the mentioned GINOP project.
