ApertusVR is a MIT licensed, open source, platform independent programmers library, which delivers a new perspective of integration of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies on fields such as research, industry, or application design. Due to the scalability, and distributed approach, the applications developed with ApertusVR are easy to couple with already existent applications, without to re-align them according to the present market VR frameworks. ApertusVR delivers a new visual abstraction layer between software and hardware, offering the opportunity to set originally incompatible hardwares into a new application delivering the best features of the hardware excluding disadvantages and incompatibility.
