The project unites researchers work in the field of ethology, cognitive science, machine vision, speech technology, soft computing, information communication and control theory. It aims to create eto-information technology, a new branch of knowledge, which establishes a brand new paradigm of the interaction between humans and information systems. Realizing this goal makes the usage of information systems easier and more natural from "intelligent phone" to remote diagnostic of elder people.
General goals of the project
- to create new research direction, the ETO-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY,based on mathematics-information technology and ethology that can develop upto an internationally recognized research workshop.
- to obtain the opportunities and values of interdisciplinarity and to solve the basic research problems that - at the moment - detains industrial development. This innovative view can later on detailed and deepened in the frame of international R+D projects.
- to create an outstanding research group with extended international relations and to give special significance to the young, upcoming generation.
- to substantiate applied research and technology development in order to support cumputer developing companies to create ethologically based, human "attached" articles.
