At the MTA SZTAKI a Methodological Center for E-Governance was brought about, by the assistance of IBM Hungary Ltd. The Center is planned to serve as a demonstration site for "open standard" products, real-life applications where the leaders and employees of governmental and administrative organisations, municipalities, social- and health service centers, educational and other civil bodies are given the opportunity to learn the competent solutions developed for their use.

The Center is located on the 5 th floor at the MTA SZTAKI, in Victor Hugo street.
