16 Hungarians Shortlisted for ERC Starting Grants
With the first stage of the ERC's Starting Grant evaluations over, out of 30 scientists from 12 newly acceding countries, 16 are Hungarians.
- ERC Starting Grants - first stage evaluation process concluded
The European Research Council (ERC) has just concluded the first stage of the evaluation of the Starting Grants. Out of the 9 167 proposals submitted for these grants, 559 have been selected for the second stage of the peer review evaluation process. The successful candidates have already received letters of acceptance from the ERC and were invited to submit their full proposals by 17 September 2007.

- Guide for Applicants updated
This updated version provides additional and/or modified information on the 2nd stage of the Starting Grant application process. For the next ERC Call for Advanced Grant proposals, which will be published later this year, a revised version of the Guide will then become available.
