Why did a mutant have to be created? Is it easier to redeem it?
The IPUT, in fusion with IUT (International Union of Telecommunications) at its laboratory in Geneva in 1980, created a mutant. The essence of the operation: the mutual effect on each other of the circle of mythologies of creationism and evolution: - Artificial Mutation. Its introduction to the world at large, from theoretical and practical perspectives, was at the essense of the operation: Natural Science Museum (Geneva), The Folk Museum (Geneva). But did it not come into existance, so that it could be redeemed. The Mutant: the Myth Catalyst of Free Will.
And what does that have to do with art?
Everything is art.
