DEAR GOVERNMENT COMMISSIONER FOR MODERNISATION, DEAR DEREGULATON COUNCIL!

WITH GREAT JOY - ALTHOUGH FEARING HYPOCRITES - WE GIVE ACCOUNT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HUNGARIAN REPUBLIC HAS FINALLY, WITH THE CREATION OF THE DEREGULATION COUNCIL, DECLARED THAT IT IS AT ONE WITH THE REAL HISTORICAL FACT, ACCORDING TO WHICH COGNISCENCE OF THE NATURE OF THE HARMONIC SOCIAL ORGANISM, WHICH IS NOW BEING BUILT FROM BOTTOM TO TOP, HAS BECOME UNAVOIDABLE, AND THE OBSERVATION OF THIS IS THAT MERELY UNREAL, DANGEROUS (TO SELF OR PUBLIC) WORKS CAN BE CREATED (FROM TOP TO BOTTOM).

IT MAY SEEM LATE IN THE DAY TO INSTITUTE THE SEARCH FOR A THIRD PATH, AN ALTERNATIVE, FOLLOWING THE COLLAPSE OF SOCIALISM AND THE RESTORATION OF CAPITALISM, BUT WE ARE SURE THAT OUR SUGGESTIONS, BASED ON THE DYNAMISM AND NATURE OF MAN, AND MADE FOR THE TOTAL AVOIDANCE OF CRISIS AND SURVIVAL, POINT IN THE REALISABLE DIRECTION WHICH IS THE ONLY DIGNIFIED WAY OF LIFE FOR THE HUMAN SPECIES.

IN SO FAR AS THE DEREGULATION COUNCIL WISHES TO INDICATE ITS INTEREST (HELPING ON ITS OWN BEHALF) IN THE THREE BASIC TENETS OF OUR PROGRAMME SKETCH, BUILDING ON THE AXIOMATIC CONVICTION IN THE CREATIVITY OF FREE WILL, AND IS INTERESTED IN THE PRACTICAL INTRODUCTORY WORK CREATED BY US, THEY CAN DO SO AT THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL ADDRESS: iput@visio.c3.hu

Greetings: living wage group.

1. The living wage is due to everyone.

a) The living wage cannot be lower than the minimum wage, unemployment benefits, pensions, child support, maternity allowanc.

b) The living wage lasts for the length of unemployment

c) Those living from the living wage do not pay income tax. Health care and pension insurance is free.

d) Those living from the living wage, will have any extra income deducted from the sum of the Living wage.

2. NEUTRAL HUNGARY, WITHOUT AN ARMY

a) Hungary urges total disarmament, and the creation of an army free, neutral zone in Central East Europe.

b) Hungary will refer all national conflicts to the United Nations and international courts;

security will be guaranteed by the United Nations.

c) Hungary, should the need arise, will grant medical units to the disposal of the United Nations.

d) Hungarian military production and associated industries will be dismantled

3. ALL HUMAN ACTIVITIES TO BE IN HARMONY WITH THE PROTECTION OF NATURE, MINORITIES AND ENVIRONMENT

a) In place of Representational Democracy, Direct Democracy

b) Increased state support for culture, local government educational institutions, communications infrastructure, autonomous communities and environmental activities.

c) Free tuition in local government, low, intermediate and advanced institutions of learning, the cancelling of entrance exams and quotas.

d) Officials at Local government institutions cannot at the same time be:

leaders of other public institutions

have interests in large-scale businesses.

e) Laws, provisions and regulations harmful to human diginity and freedom to be cancelled.

f) Free birth, free burials.

The programme sketch of the living wage group is composed of freely associating individuals, who agree, correct and harmonise the public, personal and group interests in the association, with other members. The programme, like a proposition, or suggestion, serves to provide the members a conceptual space, to augment, adapt or develop. It also is to serve as the intellectual basis of an introduction to the social organism. The sketch like nature of the programme follows from its axiomatic past, and also from the fact that these are basic ideas, of which, during the course of their formation, and possible adaptation, we have taken account.
