Zoltán Göröcs received his M.S. degree in physics and
Ph.D. in physics from the Budapest University of
Technology and Economics, Budapest, Hungary, in
2003 and 2011 respectively.
In 2007 he spent one year as a Research Intern at
Corporate Research & Development Center, Toshiba
Corp. in Kawasaki, Japan. In 2009 he joined the
Computer and Automation Research Institute of the
Hungarian Academy of Sciences as a Research Fellow. He is currently a
Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering,
University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), investigating digital
holographic imaging devices. His research interests include acousto-optics,
electro-optics, optical signal processing, holography, digital holography
and image processing.
