The HR Department helps our colleagues in all personnel matters from joining to leaving MTA SZTAKI. Due to the diverse and specific needs of the departments, recruiting is mainly managed by the departments themselves, while the HR is responsible for the administration of the new employee’s appointment process and for assisting all training-, education-, promotion- and evaluation-related tasks.
