On-line registration and hotel reservation

On-line registration and hotel reservation are recommended.

Off-line registration

You may wish to register and reserve the hotel via fax or air mail. Please do not register both on-line and off-line. If you register off-line please complete the Registration and Hotel Reservation Form, and return them to the ADBIS 2004 Local Secretariat (fax: +361 386 9378, postal address: ADBIS 2004 Local Secretariat, Magdolna Zsivnovszki, c/o MTA SZTAKI, H-1111 Budapest, Kende u. 13-17., Hungary).

Student registration

A letter of verification from the head of department must accompany Student registration. Any registrations received without a verification letter will NOT be processed. 

Fees

All fees are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF). All prices include 20% VAT.

*Lunches (3 courses/lunch) for the paritcipants will be provided in the restaurant of Hotel Agro Panorama (Conference venue).

Payment information

• Registrations will not be processed without payment.

• Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

• You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

1. Credit card:

American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.
 

2. Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the following account of MTA SZTAKI:
 

In the case of bank transfer the proof of remittance should be sent (preferably by fax: +36-1-386 9378) to the ADBISS2004 Secretariat and make sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.
 

Please note:

- payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for MTA SZTAKI.

- the cut-off date for early and late registrations will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation/refund policy

Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 1 September, 2004 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after 1 September, 2004.

Hotel information

Block reservation has been made for participants in Hotel Agro Panorama (Conference venue).

Hotel fee should be paid directly to the hotel. No reservation will be made without credit card information!

General Conditions
One night room rate will be charged
- in case of non-attendance or delayed arrival if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the Conference Secretariat on or before 1 September, 2004.
