The Two-Sided Incremental Sheet Forming (TSISF) system developed by the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Laboratory (CIM Lab.) - patented in the EU (EP2505279) - is capable to simplify the control of the Two Point Incremental Forming with counter tool, while it shares the load resulting from the sheet forming. The system can be applied for rapid-prototyping and small series production in automotive-, aircraft industry, medical aid manufacturing and also in free form architecture. Our goal is to present a service in which higher forming limits can be achieved than with conventional stamping technology, while it is cheaper and more environment- friendly.
