ABSTRACT

Abstract of 50-100 words (10 pt). Leave 10mm between the title and the main text areas (after e-mail, before ABSTRACT). This file can be used as a template for writing your paper.

Keywords: List 4-5 keywords. (10 pt)

1.   Introduction (capitals, 10 pt, bold)

The paper must be written in English. It should be structured in the following way: problem statements, application area, research course, method used, status, result(s), further research, references.

2.   LAYOUT and length of paper

2.1      Layout (Paper Size, Fonts, and Length)

Avoid leaving a heading at the bottom of a column, with the subsequent text starting at the top of the next page/column. Use extra spacing (between figures or sections) to avoid this situation. However, please ensure the fullest possible use of the text area. Paragraphs should be justified.

3.   Figures

Figures should carefully be prepared and should be suitable for photo-reproduction. Do not include color photographs or prints. Place figures at the top or bottom of a column wherever possible, as close as possible to the first reference to them in the paper.

5.   Equations

Equations are to be centered and numbered consecutively, from 1 upwards:

                           X + Y = (ac)/2                                 (1)

6.   Referring

When publication is referred to in the text, show the author’s name and the date of publication within brackets. For one author, use author’s surname and the date, e.g. (Tokyo, 1997). For two authors, give both names and the date, i.e. (Tokyo and Osaka, 1998). For three or more authors, use the first author, plus „et al.“, and the date, for example (Kyoto et al., 1996). If giving a list of reference, separate them using semicolons. Only the date in brackets should be shown when referring to the author(s) of a publication, e.g. “Kobe (1999) found that…” or “Kyoto et al. (1996) proposed…”

7.   Paper submission

Both abstracts and full papers should be submitted electronically to:
