Registration fee

All amounts are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include 20% VAT.

Payment information

• Registrations will not be processed without payment.

• Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

• You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.
   

1. Credit card:

American Express, EuroCard/MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.
 

2. Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the following account of MTA SZTAKI:
 

In the case of bank transfer the proof of remittance should be sent (preferably by fax: +36-1-386 9378) to the CIRP-ISMS2004 Secretariat and make sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.
 

Please note:

- payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for MTA SZTAKI.

- the cut-off date for early and late registrations will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation/refund policy

Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before April 30, 2004 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after April 30, 2004.

Hotel information
 

Block reservation has been made for participants in Danubius Hotel Gellért**** (Conference venue).

Hotel fee should be paid directly to the hotel. No reservation will be made without credit card information!

General Conditions
One night room rate will be charged
- in case of non-attendance or delayed arrival if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the Conference Secretariat on or before 1 May, 2004.
